James Ablett defeated Russell Tate in a play-off after both scored 135 for the 36 holes at Royal Winchester G.C.

HPGA Masters
Friday 21st September

Kevin Saunders, with a score of 132 for 36 holes at Southwood G.C., defeated Philip Bryden, Matthew Robbins and Roger Tuddenham by 1 stroke.

HPGA Matchplay

Andrew Cloke defeated Neil Bratley by 2 and 1 in the delayed final at Liphook G.C.
